Our company was founded by Clare MacColl, a highly skilled consultant who brings over two decades of experience within the commercial arena, across a variety of sectors and industries.
Clare embodies all that we stand for and her wealth of experience working within the private sector, as well as partnering with both public and not-for-profit organisations, has seen her develop vast expertise within the construction, housing and regeneration sectors. For the past decade Clare has been helping organisations boost their bottom lines through a variety of learning and development, HR and business improvement activities.
We have grown from this and now include a small team of like-minded individuals. We work closely with each other, encompassing all of the core company values and bringing together a considerable breadth of experience.
We refuse to just tick boxes and instead devise solutions which are bespoke, effective, and realistic, and which we know will make a real difference. Our clients love us because we make them look at their business through a fresh pair of eyes, constructively challenging their thoughts, processes and viewpoints. Continual questioning into why, what and how, helps you to really focus on what is important to you. This helps you, as a business, to identify and evaluate just what is and isn’t working well, establishing what your staff really think, feel and need, ultimately ensuring you can build and maintain firm foundations for your future.
